Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Securely pack your STATIK® devices in their original packaging, including all cables and accessories, to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
